RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: Any request for cancellation must be made within 1 hour from the time of order confirmation.

  • Channels: Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or by calling our support team.

  • Restriction: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refund Initiation: For successfully cancelled orders, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must initiate your return within 2–4 business days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Non-Delivery: If Online Kerala Spices is unable to deliver your order, a 100% refund will be made.

  • Weather & Logistics: We are not responsible for delays caused by vendors due to bad weather or unexpected circumstances, but we will still provide a 100% refund for such orders.

  • Timeline: All refunds for the transaction price will be completed within 7 days.

  • Compliance: Refund payments are processed in accordance with applicable Indian laws and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for electronic payment settlements.
